The Child Life Center Activity Program
Child Life Services understands the need for normal play experiences and socialization. Three areas are provided to promote normal development during hospitalization. Child Life promotes the use of the Child Life Center and also provides bedside activities.
The Marian Alexander Playroom (overlooks the Olson Family Garden)
Infants through adolescents are welcome during these supervised play sessions:

The Green Room
The Green Room is available for adolescents who are 12 years and older to socialize with other teens, participate in planned activities, or to take a break from the hospital. Hours of operation are:

The School Room
Staffed by two St. Louis Public School Teachers, the schoolroom helps children currently enrolled in grade K -12 with their school assignments. This helps students keep up with schoolwork throughout their hospitalization. Teachers are available for bedside tutoring or classroom instruction during school hours:
