Thank you for your interest in volunteering at St. Louis Children's Hospital. To apply for a St. Louis Children's Hospital volunteer position, please complete ALL three steps below:

* References can not be a relative, related by marriage or a individual with whom you reside. They must be 19 years or older. High School students should list at least one teacher, counselor or coach.  Please ask your references to complete the form and return it to us promptly. The form can be either mailed or faxed, 314.454.4876, to the Volunteer Office.

* Students (high school and college) MUST provide a copy of immunization records from a health care provider. If you are under 18 your parent or guardian must also sign this form.  The form can be either mailed or faxed, 314.454.4876, to the Volunteer Office.
 
Volunteer Applications will be reviewed by the Volunteer Services Office.

We must receive your Volunteer Application, two reference forms and immunization history before we can begin to process your application.

Once your references are received, we will review your application to determine if we are able to match your skills with our volunteer needs. If we determine there is a match, you will be contacted, by letter or phone, to schedule a placement interview.

Please understand due to the volume of applications and current needs, we are not able to accept all applicants. We hold all applications for a year and they are reviewed regularly to see if a match may be available.

Please allow three to four weeks for application processing. If you have not heard from us within that time, please contact our office.
