If you need help while visiting St. Louis Children’s Hospital, our Guest Services Information Desk is the place to turn. Located on the first and second floors of the hospital in the lobby area, our friendly staff is available 24 hours every day and can provide directions, lodging and restaurant information and answer other questions you may have. Visitor passes and information on patient room numbers also can be obtained at the Information Desk.
Patient Registration
The department that schedules your appointment will direct you to the appropriate registration location. Be sure to bring all insurance identification cards with you; a parent or legal guardian must sign all admission papers and appropriate forms.
