How old does my child have to be in order to participate?
We have kids classes, ages 8-12 and teen classes, ages 13-17.

Do parents have to attend the classes?
Yes, parent participation is required.

Does my child need permission from the doctor to participate?
Yes, enclosed in your Head to Toe enrollment packet will be a physician release form to be signed and returned on the first day.

What else should I bring on the first day of class?
After you register for Head to Toe, you will recieve an enrollment packet in the mail. Click here for enrollment packet forms.

Is there financial assistance available for this program?
Yes, sibling discounts, Medicaid discounts and scholarships are available to those who qualify.

Are siblings allowed to attend the class? If not, is child care provided?
To gain the most benefit from the program, siblings are not allowed to come to the classes. Some sites offer child care.

Are refunds available?
Program registration fees are non-refundable, but may be applied for future programs.
