Dear Colleagues,
St. Louis Children’s Hospital is proud to present the Third Annual Perspectives in Pediatric Nursing Conference on April 2 and April 3, 2009, in St. Louis. As a Parents Magazine top 5 children’s hospital that provides specialized care for over 275,000 children annually, we are continually challenged to explore new frontiers in pediatric health care. We treat children from all 50 states and nearly 60 countries with serious or rare illnesses, and we provide equally advanced care to the children in our own community and region.
We are passionate about providing family-centered, clinically excellent care through evidence-based practice and interdisciplinary research. This annual Perspectives in Pediatric Nursing Conference is an opportunity for us to share our experience and knowledge with other pediatric nurses from around the country. Past conferences have had close to 200 participants from coast to coast. This year’s program will focus on the newest information in evidencebased care, with an emphasis on the critical role that nurses play in the care of children in every setting.
We hope you will join us for an exciting two days of learning and networking with colleagues from around the country. Come share your passion for children and their families!
