The St. Louis Children's Hospital Neonatal/Pediatric Transport Team is ready when you need us.  We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with multiple teams in house to answer the call. The safety and well-being of our patients, families and staff is our number one concern.  Weather conditions or prior transport commitments may limit our ability to provide transport right away.

Upon calling Children's Direct via a recorded line, you will be connected to the receiving services doctor to answer any questions or concerns and determination of the Transport Team composition will be made.
