The Child Life Services Teen Lounge
The Teen Lounge is available for adolescents who are 12 years and older to socialize with other teens, participate in planned activities, or to take a break from the hospital. Hours of operation are:

What Is There To Do In the Teen Lounge?
Teens can participate in a variety of activities including:
- Video Games (Wii, XBOX 360, Playstation 2)
- Art and Crafts (The Teen Lounge is fully stocked with a large variety of art and craft projects that rotate frequently)
- Use one of our two computers
- Take up a card or board game with peers, visitors, and/or staff
- Shoot some hoops while you listen to music on our surround sound stereo system
- Express yourself with graffiti art on the windows
- Hang out and enjoy the space
Can Siblings Visit the Teen Lounge?
Siblings and visitors ages 12 years and older may visit the Teen Lounge accompanied by the patient they are visiting. If the patient is unable to visit the playroom, the staff member supervising the playroom will be more than happy to provide you with activites for the patient, family and visitors to engage in at bedside. The Teen Lounge does however welcome siblings of patients hospitalized in the NICU, PICU, and CICU.
