Dr. Grange is the Director of the St. Louis Children's Hospital Down Syndrome Center. She specializes in medical genetics, inherited disorders, phenylketonuria (PKU), birth defects, malformation syndromes, chromosomal disorders, metabolic disorders, Marfan syndrome, connective tissue disorders, overgrowth disorders, craniofacial disorders and pediatric pathology. You must have a referral from your primary care physician before you make an appointment with Dr. Grange.
