Adaptic

• Protective sterile dressing with light petroleum coating
• Used to keep healing wounds protected
• Often used with an antibiotic ointment for small open areas

Allevyn 

• Occlusive outer bandage
• Has non-adherent contact layer
• Water-proof outer layer

Aquacel AG

• Silver impregnated dressing that feels like cotton
• Wound drainage activates the Silver to help fight infection
• Also available as a rope

Intrasite Gel

• Wound filling gel that keeps wound moist & clean  

Mepilex

• Highly absorbent foam pad
• Has soft silicone layer that is placed on wound
• Adheres gently to wound & removes with minimal trauma or pain
• Good for around Gastrostomy buttons

Mepilex AG

• Same dressing as above except impregnated with Silver
• May stay on wound 3-5 days if needed
• Used frequently on burn patients

Wound Vac

• Negative pressure dressing that is attached to a machine providing suction
• Wound Vac dressings are changed every 2-3 days
• Helps fill in large wound cavities quickly
