Yumirle Turmelle, MD

Dr. Turmelle specializes in treating children with gastrointestinal and liver disease including Biliary Atresia, Neonatal Hepatitis, Cystic Fibrosis, Alpha-1-Antitrypsin Deficiency, Viral Hepatitis, Fatty Liver Disease and Acute Liver Failure. As part of the pediatric liver transplant team, she is involved in the evaluation of children needing a liver transplant and with their follow-up care. Recognized as a "Best Doctor in America" in the 2011 issue of St. Louis Magazine.
