Children's Hospital at Missouri Baptist Medical Center
Offers pediatric emergency services staffed by Washington University Physicians, and six inpatient beds that allow referring physicians to admit children overnight for observation or treatment. Services are provided on the medical center campus at 3015 North Ballas Road in west St. Louis County.
Children's Hospital at Progress West HealthCare Center
Provides dedicated pediatric emergency services staffed by Washington University Physicians, along with two pediatric inpatient rooms. Progress West is located at the intersection of Highway 40 and K in O'Fallon, Missouri.
Children's Hospital at Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital
Referring physicians and families also have access to additional Children's Hospital services at Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital at 12634 Olive Blvd. in Creve Coeur. More than 13 Washington University pediatric outpatient clinics are located in Professional Office Buildings on the hospital campus with convenient, free parking.

St. Louis Children's Hospital Therapy Services in Chesterfield provides outpatient physical, occupational, and speech-language therapy services for children from birth up to 21 years of age. This facility is located at 16216 Baxter Road on the southwest corner of Clarkson and Baxter in Chesterfield, Missouri.
