The Division of Gastroenterology and Nutrition provides high-quality, comprehensive care for infants, children and adolescents with common and complex gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic and nutritional disorders.
Among the conditions treated by our pediatric surgeons are congenital anomalies and diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, abdomen, chest, head, neck, thyroid and parathyroid glands.
The Division of Medical Genetics is uniquely qualified to treat a wide variety of genetic diseases and has immediate access to three excellent onsite genetics laboratories.
We diagnose and treat gynecologic problems for the infant, child, young adolescent and teen, including a full spectrum of clinical and support services in a comprehensive program for evaluation, specialized treatment and follow-up care.

Children's Hospital at Missouri Baptist Medical Center
Offers pediatric emergency services staffed by Washington University Physicians, and six inpatient beds that allow referring physicians to admit children overnight for observation or treatment. Services are provided on the medical center campus at 3015 North Ballas Road in west St. Louis County.
Children's Hospital at Progress West Hospital
Provides dedicated pediatric emergency services staffed by Washington University Physicians, along with two pediatric inpatient rooms. Progress West is located at the intersection of Highway 40 and K in O'Fallon, Missouri.
St. Louis Children's Hospital Specialty Care Center
The St. Louis Children’s Specialty Care Center is an outpatient facility in west St. Louis County focused exclusively on providing the very best care for young patients. The Specialty Care Center features a range of pediatric medical services, conveniently located at Highway 40/I-64 and Mason Road.
