Or join us at one of our information sessions to learn more.
WHAT:
KIDstruction Week is an innovative fundraising concept from St. Louis Children’s Hospital that encourages participation from tradespersons within the local construction industry to do what’s right for kids.
Participating companies will offer their tradespersons the opportunity to contribute $1, or more, via payroll deduction for each hour they work during “St. Louis Children’s Hospital’s KIDstruction Week.”
Companies are encouraged to match their employees’ gifts at a percentage of their choosing, or to make a lump sum donation, to demonstrate their commitment to the cause.
Each tradesperson who agrees to participate will receive a KIDstruction Week hardhat sticker and a thank you letter from St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
WHEN:
July 2012
WHERE:
Companies throughout the region are joining together in support of KIDstruction Week and all of their employees will have the opportunity to participate, even if they are working outside the St. Louis area.
Participating companies will receive recognition in Gifts, the SLCH donor magazine, and will be listed in a special appreciation advertisement placed in the AGC St. Louis Membership Directory and on the KIDstruction Week website, www.KIDstructionWeek.com.
DETAILS:
This is an opportunity for tradespersons across our community to join together in support of a common cause. KIDstruction Week has great potential to amass small donations from a large group of people to collectively help thousands of sick kids every year. St. Louis Children’s Hospital depends on community-based fundraising programs to do what’s right for kids. Funds raised will allow St. Louis Children’s Hospital to continue providing the very best pediatric care through cutting-edge medicine, research, innovative programs and community outreach. In addition, funds will support programs and services at St. Louis Children’s Hospital such as our Pediatric Neurocritical Care Program, Family Resource Center, Music Therapy, Children’s Surgical Sciences Institute, Joint Adventures Camp and Healthy Kids Express.
