Your organization must meet the following criteria:
- Class should be requested at least four to six weeks in advance.
- Preregistration with payment by credit card ($25 per family) is required. Private class fees are refundable if the class is canceled. Once a class date is confirmed, you will receive a registration information flyer to distribute to families.
- Minimum enrollment is 15. Having fewer than 15 participants registered two days before the class date will result in cancellation. If the class is canceled, it is your responsibility to notify the registered participants.
- Both the parent(s) and child(ren) must register and attend together.
- Provide tables and chairs for class participants.
- Receive delivery of materials prior to class and deliver to the class site.
- Return materials after the class. We will arrange pick up of materials.
