To make the application process as simple and quick as possible, we have provided a guide to applying online with St. Louis Children's Hospital. The guide covers everything from creating an account and a candidate profile, to applying for one or more positions.  For your convenience a link to print this page appears below the guide.

Part 1: Creating an Account

1. Click Sign In in the upper right corner.

2. Click on New User to create an account.
If you have applied before type in your user name and password.

3. Read the privacy agreement, then click the circle in front of "I Accept" and click Continue.

4. Type in a user name you can remember.

5. Type in a password you can remember.

6. Confirm your password by entering it again.

7. Type in your email address.
If you do not have an email address we recommend that you create one at an Internet site which offers free email accounts.

8. Click Register.

9. Click Sign In.

10. Your account has been created!

Part 2: Completing the Online Profile

1. Click Access My Profile at the top of the page.
You can also scroll down and click Access My Profile on the right.

2. You can upload a resume which will fill in some of the fields of the profile automatically. To do this click I Want to Submit a Resume… then browse for your resume file.

3. Click Save and Continue to go to the Personal Information page.

4. Review the Personal Information section and complete the fields requested.
If you uploaded a resume, make sure that the information pulled from your resume was placed correctly.

5. Click Save and Continue to go to the Attachments page.

6. If you would like to upload a cover letter, references, etc. browse for the file and click Attach.

7. Click Save and Continue to go to the Area of Interest page.

8. If you have an area of interest, choose it from the Job Category list and the Sub-category list, if applicable, then click Add to List.

9. Click Save and Continue to go to the next Area of Interest page.

10. Choose your location preference from the drop down lists, then click Add to List.

11. Click Save and Continue to go to the next Area of Interest page.

12. Choose the organization(s) at which you would like to work.
Leave these fields empty if you do not have a preference.

13. Click Add to List.

14. Click Save and Continue to go to the Basic Information page.

15. Complete the fields of the Basic Information page.

16. Click Save and Continue to go to the Questions I page.

17. Complete the questions.

18. Click Save and Continue to go to the Questions II page.

19. Complete the questions.

20. Click Save and Continue to go to the Voluntary Self-Identification page.

21. Complete the Voluntary Self-Identification page.

22. Click Save and Continue to go to the Summary page.

23. Review your information.
If you need to change any of the information you have provided, click Edit for the section you need to add to or change then click Save and Continue to return to the Summary page.

24. Once you are sure the Summary information is correct click Submit.

Part 3: Applying for a Job

1. Click the Job Search page, if necessary.

2. Choose the zip code radius you would like to search, then type in a keyword and click Search for Jobs.

3. Once you find a job for which you would like to apply, click Apply.

4. Go through each page and complete the required fields. Click Save and Continue to advance to the next page.
If you have already completed a candidate profile, most of the required information will be filled in and you will only need to fill in information specific the job you chose.

5. After reviewing the last page, Summary, click Submit.

Part 4: Checking the Status of an Application

1. Sign into the system.

2. Click My Jobpage near the top left of the screen.

3. The system will display all drafted and completed job submissions for your profile as well as the status of the jobs (whether or not submissions are still being accepted for the job) and the status of your submission to the jobs (whether your submission is being considered for the job).
