When:      Friday, 8 AM--9 AM, September through May

EARLY BIRD ATTENDANCE for PHYSICIAN CME -
Complete within 7 days of the program
(by the next Thursday at 11:45 p.m.)
In order to receive CME credit, physicians must: 
*  Attend the entire program in-person or by teleconference
*  Click on the Link below "TO REQUEST CME"
*  Complete the brief evaluation & CME request
*  Electronic Records are transferred to Washington University CME Office
