Ronald McDonald House
For families of children undergoing medical procedures, testing, or treatment for a serious illness, accommodations may be available at Ronald McDonald House, a home away from home. The only requirement for staying at Ronald McDonald House is that families live outside a 50-mile radius from the hospital. Reservations are dependent on room availability.
To arrange a stay, call Social Services at 314-454-6101 no sooner than three days prior to your child’s admission or appointment. Social Services will take down all necessary information and forward it to Ronald McDonald House. Social Services office hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
HavenHouse
HavenHouse St. Louis provides safe, affordable lodging and supportive services to patients, families, and caregivers traveling to St. Louis for medical care. Rates start at $65 per night and include freshly prepared breakfast and dinner each day, along with 24/7 access to stocked pantries and refrigerators.
Guests stay in private rooms with private bathrooms and enjoy amenities such as a community kitchen, free on-site laundry with supplies, multiple community lounge areas, and play areas for children. Complimentary shuttle service is available to select medical facilities on a first-come, first-served basis.
