Our Transport Team is ready when you need us. We operate 24/7 with multiple in-house teams ready to answer the call. We have three transport teams with two locations: St. Louis Children’s Hospital and St. Louis Downtown Airport (KCPS) with our fixed wing. The safety and well-being of our patients, families, and staff is our number one concern.
When calling Children’s Direct, you will be asked if you require patient transport. The team will be immediately activated. You will then be connected to a receiving physician to discuss the patient’s status and provide support to your team while awaiting our arrival.

- Patient information
- Referring hospital and doctor
- Reason for transport
- Patient's recent vital signs or lab values
- Copies of X-rays or scans
- Copies of medical records
