Lupus
The Pediatric Lupus Clinic at St. Louis Children’s Hospital and WashU Medicine is dedicated to bringing state-of-the-art care to patients and acting as a valuable community resource to children with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
The multidisciplinary clinic provides specialized care from pediatric rheumatology, nephrology, dermatology, and adolescent medicine. Additionally, patients have access to resources from social workers, dietitians, and the Lupus Foundation of America, Heartland Region.
In addition to a commitment to excellent care, the Pediatric Lupus Clinic and pediatric rheumatology group have been involved in clinical trials that aim at bringing better therapies to SLE patients.
