Salary
- We aim to align our fellows’ salaries with the National Institutes of Health postdoctoral stipend levels. The current salary for our postdoctoral fellows is $63,000 per year.

- 401(k):
- - 100% match on the first 1% of salary
- - 25% match on the next 3% of salary
- Paid Time Off (PTO):
- - 23 days of PTO (including scheduled vacation, unscheduled sick days, and holidays)
- - Three days of time off for attending a relevant conference or training, at the discretion of the training director
- $500 for professional development expenses
- Paid registration and airfare for conference travel
- Costs for provisional licensure in Missouri
Additional information
Fellows will be equipped with resources necessary to complete work-related responsibilities including office space, computer access, phone, and support staff. Support staff will manage scheduling appointments, insurance verification, tracking of appointments, and other indirect patient-related care functions.
Psychology fellows work Monday–Friday and have no on-call or overnight duties.
