Before and after Le Fort I midface advancement and cleft rhinoplasty
A 6-year-old boy with right unilateral cleft lip 6 weeks after revision.
16 year old with right-sided cleft lip and palate. Notice the wide, slumped nostril on the right side. She underwent cleft nasal reconstruction as well as a minor revision to the cleft lip. Photos were taken 3 months following surgery.
16 yo male with left cleft nasal deformity. Post op is 3 months after cleft nasal reconstruction surgery at St. Louis Children's Hospital.
7 year old after cleft nasal repair.
15 yo female with left-sided cleft lip who had a nasal deformity and difficulty breathing through her nose. She had straightening of her nose and septum (septorhinoplasty). Follow-up pictures are 3 months after surgery.
17 yo male with left-sided cleft lip and palate who had severe nasal deformity with the right nostril much larger than the left. He had correction of his deviated nose and straightening of the septum to help him breathe better (septorhinoplasty). He also had a minor revision of his cleft lip scar. This photo was taken about 3 weeks after his surgery.
