The Healthy Kids Express™ - Dental Program includes a team of caring professionals to help children receive the dental services they need.
Dentist: Provides dental education to school nurses, parents, and children. The dentist provides preventative (cleaning, fluoride, sealants) and restorative (fillings, extractions, crowns) services.
Dental Assistant: Works directly with the dentist providing x-rays of the children so that the dentist has all the information needed for a proper diagnosis. The assistant also follows up with the site contact and parents to meet each child’s dental needs.
Social Workers: Link families in need of support to helpful community resources.
Van Driver: Drives our 40-foot long van to the designated schools and community organizations. The driver helps the children get on and off the van.
