With over two decades of experience in community health, she has led cross-sector collaborations that bring together healthcare systems, grassroots organizations, and policy leaders to develop culturally responsive programs that meet families where they are.

Respected as a connector and thought partner, Traci’s work spans local, regional, and national levels, where she advocates for equitable policies and builds sustainable partnerships that empower families and strengthen communities.

Chastity Perry Smith, MHRM - Supervisor

Chastity Perry Smith is a Program Supervisor of Community Health Workers with Raising St. Louis, bringing more than 15 years of experience in education and community engagement. With a background spanning career development, adult learning, and public health, she is deeply committed to advancing maternal health and wellness for women and families.
