Your organization must meet the following criteria:
- Class should be requested at least four to six weeks in advance.
- Preregistration with payment by credit card ($30 per child) is required. Private class fees are refundable if the class is canceled. Once a class date is confirmed, you will receive a registration information flyer to distribute to families.
- Minimum number of attendees is 15. Having fewer than 15 children registered two days before the class date will result in cancellation. If the class is canceled, it is your responsibility to notify the registered participants.
- Provide tables and chairs for class participants.
- Receive delivery of materials prior to class and deliver to the class site.
- Return materials after the class. We will arrange pick up of materials.
