The Detwilers - Time Critical Diagnosis

On July 4, 2010, Joe and Cecilia Detwiler were critically injured in a motor vehicle accident near their family farm.  Their family members say they wouldn't be alive today without the Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Team at St. Louis Children's Hospital. After months of rehabilitation following a brain injury for Joe, and a nearly severed leg for Cecilia, both are alive, thriving and providing proof to their loved ones that miracles do happen.
