Good sleep is essential to your child's health and well-being. The Sleep Center at St. Louis Children's Hospital helps you and your child address sleep-related problems — so you can all sleep better.

The first step to overcoming sleep problems is to determine the cause. Not all sleep problems in children require a doctor’s care. But for those that do, like obstructive sleep apnea or narcolepsy, our sleep specialists are here to help.

We have a sleep lab designed for kids — so that, if needed, a sleep study (or, polysomnogram) is as comfortable for your child as possible.

Why Choose the Sleep Center?

Our Sleep Center is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. That means we meet the highest possible standards for comprehensive sleep care, for newborns to young adults. And it means our Sleep Center can help you and your child address any sleep issues keeping you up at night. That way your whole family can get a good night’s sleep — each and every night.
