After Hours is a kid-focused and faster alternative to ERs. Nationally-ranked care is delivered by pediatric experts for mild illnesses when your pediatrician's office is closed, for the same copay as you'd pay at the pediatrician's office.

Open Monday – Friday: 4 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. and Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 7:30 p.m.

Holidays: 12:00 pm – 7:30 pm on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Christmas Eve (closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day).

MomDocs: Advice from Parents Who Are Also Doctors

From pregnancy to young adulthood, Children’s MomDocs provides parenting advice and information from our MomDocs, who are all physicians and clinicians associated with St. Louis Children’s Hospital and BJC HealthCare. They work in our emergency rooms, pediatrician offices, the newborn intensive care unit, our ob/gyn offices, on the psychology team, and more. They are also all moms and dads. These are more than professional opinions, it’s personal.
