Through active clinical trials, Washington University researchers are working to find better treatments and cures for pediatric oncology and hematology diseases.

The Department of Pediatrics recently launched a new website that makes reviewing open clinical trials easy.  The site organizes pediatric trials by disease or condition -- including brain tumor, cancer, leukemias and lymphomas, sickle cell, solid tumors and more -- and provides contact information for principal investigators.

Siteman Kids is the #1 pediatric cancer program in the St. Louis region, according to U.S. News & World report.  As the only National Cancer Institute (NCI) funded pediatric cancer center to provide experimental therapy in the State of Missouri, Siteman Kids offers advanced cancer treatments not offered elsewhere in the region.
