THE EMPLOYEE GIVING CAMPAIGN

St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation funds programs and services above and beyond those covered by normal hospital operations. The Employee Giving Campaign is your opportunity to participate in our culture of philanthropy and give to the programs and services that support our patients and their families.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Visit the Foundation table during kickoff week! You can donate by payroll deduction, cash, credit card, or check.

Alternative Worksite (AWS) employees can make their donation online. AWS employees’ apparel will be available for pick up during kickoff week or at the Foundation office beginning March 2.

The following locations will receive a bulk shipment of apparel for any donations received prior to February 27. You must identify your location when placing your donation to be included in the one-time shipment to the facility of choice. 

After Hours (Edwardsville, South County, O’Fallon) 

Therapy (Edwardsville, Progress Point, Christian Northwest) 

The Commons (CHAO and Therapy) 

Anyone who makes a donation after kickoff week can pick their apparel up from the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation office (1001 Highlands Plaza Drive West, Suite 160, St. Louis, MO 63110). Pick up hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m.–12 p.m.

WHEN IS KICKOFF WEEK?

The 2026 Employee Giving Campaign will kick off Monday, February 23 and run through Friday, February 27. Throughout the week we will be hosting in-person enrollment at various locations noted below.

Monday, February 23 
St. Louis Children’s Hospital (lower level in front of fish tank) 
10 a.m.–2 p.m. 

Child Development Centers 
Newstead 12:30–1:30 p.m. 
TAB 1:30–2:30 p.m.

Tuesday, February 24 
St. Louis Children’s Hospital (lower level in front of fish tank) 
6 a.m.–2 p.m. 

Children’s Specialty Care Center – South County 
9:30 a.m–12:30 p.m.

Wednesday, February 25 
St. Louis Children’s Hospital (lower level in front of fish tank) 
10 a.m.–2 p.m. 

Children’s Specialty Care Center – West County 
9:30 a.m–12:30 p.m.

Thursday, February 26 
St. Louis Children’s Hospital (lower level in front of fish tank) 
11 a.m.–9 p.m.

Friday, February 27 
St. Louis Children’s Hospital (lower level in front of fish tank) 
10 a.m.–2 p.m.

Can't Make Kickoff Week?

Starting the week of March 2, you can visit the Coffee & Gift Shop at St. Louis Children’s Hospital between 7 a.m.–7 p.m. to make your donation and receive your 2026 Employee Giving apparel. To ensure you receive a year-end receipt, please complete this form and turn it in when making your donation at the gift shop.
