How old does my child have to be in order to participate?

We have classes for kids and teens, ages 8-17.

Do parents have to attend the classes?

Yes, adult participation is required.

Does my child need permission from the doctor to participate?

Yes, enclosed in your Head to Toe registration packet will be a physician release form to be signed and returned during the pre-session or it can be faxed to 314.286.2904.

Do I have to attend orientation to register?

Yes, orientation sessions are offered before new classes begin.

Is there financial assistance available for this program?

Yes. Financial assistance, scholarships, sibling discounts are available to those who qualify.

Is payment reimbursement available?

Yes. Families who attend all 17 classes will be eligible to receive reimbursement for the class enrollment fee. This is based on 100% completion of the program.

Are infants allowed to attend the class?  If not, is child care provided?

To gain the most benefit from the program, siblings are not encouraged to attend the classes. Child care is not provided.

Where are classes held?

During the COVID-19 pandemic, all classes are held virtually. Prior to the pandemic, classes were held at BJC at The Commons, 4249 Clayton Ave., Conference Room 101, St. Louis, MO 63110.
