The Pediatric HIV Support Group is designed to enhance coping skills for children and youth infected with HIV/AIDS.

The group meets once a month and focuses on educational guidance and therapeutic care. The program was created to help all children and youth who are dealing with HIV.

Who: Groups are held for children 13 years of age up.

When: Monthly

The Pediatric Support Group is facilitated by trained professionals including a Child Life Specialist as well as a Social Worker. Topics include information on HIV, prevention, trust, self-esteem issues, bereavement issues, and many more.
